Receiving Your Delivery
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and notify us in advance of narrow roads, restricted access, low bridges, parking limitations or other potential difficulties.
Deliveries will normally be unloaded at the nearest safe and accessible location. Please ensure that someone is available to accept and check the order unless alternative arrangements have been agreed beforehand.
