American White Oak Timber (Quercus Alba) is distinct from Western Europe Oak (Quercus Robur & Petraea). It is generally produced from a smaller log and is less durable than the European variety. American White Oak is commonly used for interior joinery, furniture and kitchens and many other applications. American White Oak Chamfered & Round Architrave features a planed squared edge profiling that can be used to enhance internal room decoration by adding finishing touches to frame panels, doorways and windows. Imported from Sweden or the Baltic States most of our timber is grown in managed forests with extremely long growing cycles, our Timber has an extremely high yield from C16 graded timber to suit all your building requirements.
